Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Your purchase will be packaged within 1-2 days of receiving your order (unless stated otherwise) and will be shipped with DPD, please allow for 1-3 business days to receive your order.

Please don't hesitate to make contact if you need an order shipped out ASAP and every effort will be made to make this happen.

Should your order take more than 6 days to arrive (in Ireland) please email hello@creamerystudios.com. Should your order take more than 12 days to arrive (international) please email hello@creamerystudio.com. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the address and other details entered at 'check out' is correct.

Please be aware that there may be additional charges associated with your order, other than shipping costs. There may be a customs/duties fee to be paid upon delivery (international customers). Creamery Studios is not responsible for these costs.

Getting your purchase safely to you is my top priority and I will always package your order with the greatest care and attention but sadly once it leaves my hands I cannot control how the shipping company handles the package so please be aware of excess amounts of packaging/padding and recycle it responsibly. 

All of the packing/shipping materials used by Creamery Studio are either plastic free or have been collected over time and are being reused. All packing/shipping materials which need to be purchased are done so from eco friendly companies (Irish, where possible) 

Returns:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I may evaluate the issue. You will not be charged to return a purchase which has been damaged in transit. 

Creamery Studios has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (Ireland customers only) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason ie. it doesn't suit the intended space, you can contact me at hello@creamerystudios.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Dublin, Ireland so allow adequate time. 

The item/items you wish to return are the customers responsibly until they have arrived at the return address given by Creamery Studios. It is the customers responsibility to arrange the shipping + costs of return. 

You will then be immediately refunded to your original payment method. Please allow for 7 business days to receive refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 7 business days have passed since I refunded you, please make contact. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges:

If you feel the piece you have chosen isn't suitable and wish to choose a different one you can make an exchange. You will be refunded the difference if price if there is one. Alternately, you will be required to pay the balance of the new piece if it is more expensive. You will be required to return your original purchase before you can select the new one. 

If there is a Creamery Studios piece you like that is sold out, let me know and I will put it to the top of my list.
